2. What we process at all — at a glance
This website deliberately works with very little data: no tracking, no analytics tools, no advertising networks. Data arises in only three places: when you fill in the form, in the technical log files of the server, and in a single functional cookie that stores your language choice.
3. Enquiry form (fixed-price calculator)
When you send us an enquiry, we process the data you enter: name, phone number, moving route, preferred date, flat size, floors, additional services and the estimated value of your move.
Purpose: preparing your written fixed-price quote and following up with you by phone.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, which you give by ticking the consent box. The box is not pre-ticked — you decide actively (opt-in); without your consent the form is not submitted.
Your enquiry is transmitted as an email to our mailbox. This mailbox is operated by Google LLC (Gmail), 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. This involves a transfer to the USA; Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (adequacy decision of the EU Commission of 10 July 2023).
Retention period: we delete enquiries as soon as they are no longer needed for preparing the quote, at the latest after 6 months, unless an order or a statutory retention obligation arises.
4. Server log files
Our hosting provider (FastVPS OÜ, Estonia) automatically collects and stores information in server log files: IP address, date and time of the request, page accessed, browser type and operating system. This data serves technical security and error analysis and is not merged with other data sources (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest in the secure operation of the website).
5. Cookie for the language choice
The website is available in several languages. So that your language choice is kept as you browse, the website sets a single functional cookie (pll_language, set by the multilingual plugin Polylang). It stores only the language code (such as “en”), contains no personal data, is not read for analytics or advertising purposes and expires after twelve months. Legal basis: § 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG (technically required) in conjunction with Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. No consent banner is required for this.
6. Fonts and other content
The fonts used on this website (Manrope) are stored locally on our server. No connection is made to the servers of font providers (such as Google Fonts).
7. Your rights
You have the right at any time to information about your stored data (Art. 15 GDPR), to rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing (Art. 21). You can withdraw consent you have given at any time with effect for the future — an informal message to us is enough.
You also have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority. The authority responsible for us is the Estonian data protection authority (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, Tatari 39, 10134 Tallinn, Estonia, www.aki.ee).
