In the evening or over the weekend
Most offices move outside working hours: out on Friday evening, in by Monday morning. Equipment travels padded, files in sealed boxes. If documents are sensitive, pack them yourself or ride along with the transport — both are common, both are fine.
How we calculate
Offices are not priced by rooms but by a measured survey: workstations, cabinets, floors, distances. The base stays the regional rate — €89 per hour in Frankfurt, €69 in Fulda — plus €1.20 per kilometre from the 21st. Out of that comes a written fixed price that stops growing once the survey is done.
