Most moving companies hide their prices until someone is sitting in your living room. We do the opposite: every number we calculate with is on this page. And in the end you get a written fixed price anyway, not a timesheet.

What the hourly rate includes
- Carrying, loading, securing, transport and setting up at the destination
- Van with driver, diesel, moving blankets and straps
- Statutory liability: €620 per cubic metre under § 451e HGB
Extras such as the packing service, furniture assembly or a house clearance appear as their own lines in the quote. None of it turns up on the invoice unasked.
Worked examples
Our fixed-price calculator produces the same numbers — check for yourself:
- 1 room, within Frankfurt, ground floor to ground floor: around €210–280
- 2 rooms, within Fulda, first floor walk-up on both sides: around €260–360
- 3 rooms, within Frankfurt, second floor walk-up on both sides: around €490–660
- 4 rooms, 60 km route, third floor at the old address: around €670–890
The guide price is an honest range, not bait: it covers what experience tells us is realistic. The binding price follows the survey — in writing, with everything in it.
Why we give fixed prices
The hourly rate has a catch: every hiccup — a traffic jam, a broken lift, a third attempt at the wardrobe — lands on your bill. With a fixed price, that risk is ours. Which is why we insist on the survey: we want to know what we are lifting before we sign a price.
And if something does change — more furniture than surveyed, an extra floor — we adjust the price before we start, not afterwards. Our terms say exactly that.
