What is included
Loading at the old address, transport, unloading and set-up in the new flat. Boxes go to the right room, furniture to its place. Lift or fourth-floor walk-up — both are daily business: each floor without a lift adds 25 minutes per side, openly priced into the calculator.

What a flat move costs
Two things drive the price: volume and distance. The hourly rate is €89 in Frankfurt and €69 in Fulda, with 20 km of travel included. Three rooms, second-floor walk-up on both sides, come to around €490–660 in Frankfurt — the same move in Fulda to €380–510. A fixed price, not an estimate
The calculator shows a range; the quote names one amount. After the survey on request you get the fixed price in writing — and it holds. Liability runs at €620 per cubic metre under § 451e HGB, and the moving date is agreed as firmly as the price.
